STONE HOUSE
Located in a peaceful area of Lake district of Smolyan within the gorgeous Rhodope mountain, just 10 minutes driving from Smolyan town, this place is an excellent decision for vacations and holidays throughout the year with extremely beautiful panorama! Around the property is a wide meadows and pine forests. In 400 m southward are two fish lakes and in 1,5 km northward are another two lakes. Litle bit further is situated the first station of the lift, who transfering people to the top point of Pamporovo ski resort - peak Snezhanka /Snow-white/, 1921 m above sea level, where started 6 ski slopes. From there people can go to the cafe-bar on the first floor of the TV-tower /150 m high/. Extremely beautiful nature.

The house is on 2 floors with total living area 120 m2. The yard size is 600 m2. The floors are made by solid wooden beams, the roof is covered by stone plates. The construction is sound, but need to be made renovation. After that it will be excellent place for holidays. Electricity is in the house, the water supply is in 20 meters from the house. Beautiful panorama!
