The stone construction of the house is still sound! The house is on 2 floors:
First floor – 4 rooms, bathroom, corridor, wooden staircase.
Second floor – 4 big rooms /about 18-20 m2 each/, corridor, small terrace.
The floors were made by wooden beams and boards and are still in good condition! The doors and windows need to be changed with new ones, the rooms need light refreshment /re-paint/, the bathroom need to be repaired. There are water, electricity and septic tank, but can be switched to the sewage system. There is access to two streets. On the yard is an old wooden farm building 40 m2 that must be demolished. On its place can be build a summer-kitchen, few rooms, garage and big terrace over it, or place to be left empty. From there is a good panorama.

The neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful nature around. Pine-tree forests full with mushrooms and berries in the summer time. Clear and fresh air. The dam-lake is close to the house. Excellent place for vacations, excursions, fishing! In 50 km is a check-point on the Greek border and 120 km further is the coast of the Aegean sea. The distance to the winter resort Pamporovo and main town Smolyan is 75 km.
